The Bert Show Big Thank You

The Bert Show, which is the radio program that makes my long commute to work somewhat tolerable, has issued a challenge to deliver 400,000 handwritten letters to all the servicemen and women stationed abroad on Thanksgiving. That’s a LOT of letters! Olivia and I are doing our part. I wrote a letter and outlined a pumpkin and she colored it. This took less than 10 minutes. Can I challenge you to do the same? All the specifics about the letter and the dos and don’ts are on their Web site. You can drop the letter off to a Taco Mac in the Atlanta area or mail to the station.

Here is our first completed letter. We will write a few more before next week’s deadline on Oct. 28.
