This past weekend we went to the mountains for a mini vacation. By far, visiting the mountains in the fall (or really anytime) is our favorite vacation spot for weekends. It only takes 2 hours to get to the mountains and the drive is so scenic. This year we took Nana and Poppy along. Even though we booked too late and didn't have much selection for cabins we found our favorite cabin yet. It was three stories, with a huge game room, a wrap around porch, three fireplaces, a fire pit, hot tub, and was decorated throughout every room in bears and moose. It was gorgeous.
Olivia was a fan of the stuffed bears!
And she loved rocking in the chairs, especially the rocking chairs near the fireplace on the screened porch.
Our first evening was spent exploring the cabin and Olivia became quit a fan of air hockey. Having someone sit in the middle of the table made the game a bit more challenging for sure!
