First Gymnastics Class

This month Olivia is taking gymnastics through our county's recreation center. She missed her first class because she was sick, then a traffic jam made her late to the second class with Mark, but today I was finally able to take her (and we were on time).

She had an absolute blast. She listened and followed along to the warm up stretches the teachers taught her. She ran from station to station, zooming across the small beam, walking bravely on the tall beam, swinging on the bars and her very favorite activity was turning flips on the mat. She learned how to do front and back flips, straddle flips and the log roll. She went non stop and didn't want to leave.

I am excited to see what she does next week.
