Baking Apple Muffins
We had a lot of apples to eat from our visit to the apple orchard so I searched for an apple muffin recipe. I stumbled on this recipe on The Girl Who Ate Everything blog (with a blog title like that it should be good).
Olivia was a great helper and helped line the muffin pan, crack the eggs, stir the batter and sprinkle (lots) of brown sugar on the top.
