Today I am thankful for the opportunity to participate in Operation Christmas Child through Olivia's preschool. Several days ago I shared information about it with Olivia and today we went shopping for the little toys, clothes, and hygiene items. She picked out the girl items and boy items, telling me that the blue bandaids were for boys because blue is a boy color.
Once we were home she sorted the items for each box and helped put the items in the box. I am grateful for teaching moments like what Operation Christmas Child provides. Tomorrow at chapel they will talk more about giving to boys and girls in need.

It is great teaching them about gratitude! Those boxes are great! Addison loved shopping for hers as well!
