Santa Visit!

This weekend we went to have breakfast with Santa. After past disasters waiting in line for mall Santa's and ending up with pictures like this, we decided to try a breakfast. Olivia was pretty worried all week every time we brought it up and said she would not sit on Santa's lap. But this set up was perfect- Santa went from table to table while the kids had breakfast and worked on crafts. Surprisingly Olivia talked to Santa when he came to our table. Then Santa read the kids The Night Before Christmas. After that, they each had a turn to go over their list with Santa and take pictures. Olivia talked to Santa for quite a long time, going over her list for "make up, an IPad, and Ring Around the Rosy doll." Even Gracelyn enjoyed her first meeting with Santa. We will be making this breakfast a yearly tradition!
