Beach Trip

I call it a beach trip rather than a vacation because with two little ones, it wasn't relaxing. But it definitely was fun. We went to the gulf coast and stayed in a kid friendly hotel with two splash park areas, several pools and a lazy river. And of course a beautiful beach, especially the day we visited Shell Island!

Gracelyn loved riding in the lazy river with me. The water relaxed her so much. She also loved the baby splash area. It was just her size.

Playing in the sand at the beach was also a lot of fun for the girls.

Olivia's swim lessons paid off and she swam like a fish the entire time. We were so happy to see her enjoying swimming as much as she did. It was hard getting her out of the water.
