Monday Moments: Birthday Celebration, Dad is home!

Friday we celebrated Poppy's birthday. The cake Olivia helped me make was super yummy. We would have gone out to dinner but a threat of ice meant we ordered take out. Olivia made sure Poppy blew out his candles (in fact I think she beat him to the candle blowing  out part).

On Saturday it was a girls-only day for Olivia and me. It was nice to spend the whole day just the two of us. Well, we also had the babies with us. Olivia took them shopping. She had one full car!

Mark returned home early Sunday morning from South Africa. He was there for business but was also able to make a quick stop to see his grandparents. As soon as he walked in the door Olivia popped up from her sleep and started talking. She was so happy he was home. The rest of Sunday was spent convincing Olivia she should nap after getting up at 7 in the morning.
