Flower Girls

Last weekend Olivia and Gracelyn were flower girls in the wedding of a family friend. Despite lots of rain in the days leading up to the wedding, Saturday was a gorgeous day for a wedding in a garden. While I wasn't worried about Olivia being in the wedding I definitely was holding my breath that Gracelyn would behave. And during rehearsal we had a lot of this:

But when it came time for the wedding, all the girls walked down the aisle and stood quietly (for the most part). Gracelyn was very interested in a bug on the bride's dress and wanted everyone to know-lol.

Then the girls danced the night away. And boy did they dance. We will need to chaperone every single dance for Gracelyn when she grows up. She tried to dance with every guy there and was still going strong at 11 PM!

We are so grateful for the opportunity for the girls to be flower girls. It was an experience they will never forget!
